Phoenix Coyotes trade goalie Ilya Bryzgalov's negotiating rights to Philadephia Flyers

Even without an owner and with the NHL running the team, the Phoenix Coyotes were hopeful of re-signing free agent goalie Ilya Bryzgalov.
